Let us all be thankful for Yesterday because it made us stronger
Be thankful for Today because we are able to wake up to celebrate life
Be thankful for tomorrow because we will be able to fulfill our dreams
But most of all let us all be Thankful to our Lord because He was with us yesterday
He is with us today and He will always be with us tomorrow and forever.
When we're going through tough times we may not feel grateful. Yet, even in periods of suffering and fear our Lord's love, abundant promises and unfailing goodness never falters. Perhaps we have felt shadows of darkness from our past years. Or maybe we have struggled under heavy burdens that seems unbearable.
The best way to survive is to bow down and acknowledge His presence in our lives.
Thanking our good Lord not for what He has done but for Him giving us a chance to LIVE.
No matter how bad yesterday was
It now belongs to the past
Don't let it worry you
Or stop you from pursuing
The possibilities of today.
Today is a gift you can unwrap
And share it with all
That's why it is called
"Present".

But I tend to forget and only turn in times of great joy or great pain. Not fair. This makes me think about giving God a bigger place in my life and living the present for what it is.
